Terms of use
Last updated October 30, 2026
Short version: connect only mailboxes you're allowed to use, keep your sign-in safe, check what KORA writes before you send it, and don't misuse Post. Your mail stays yours.
Who we are
Post (KaiMaPost) is run by KaiMa Foundry, part of GeoffMedia, LLC ("we"). By using Post you agree to these terms. Questions go to [email protected].
Your account
- Post is invite-only. You sign in with an emailed link (or a password, if you set one). Keep access to that email account safe: anyone who can open it can sign in as you.
- Only connect mailboxes you own or are allowed to use, and keep their passwords current in your mail provider.
Your mail
The mail in your mailboxes, and what you write in Post, belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run Post for you, including sending it to the service providers listed on our Privacy page.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Post to send spam, phishing or anything illegal, or to harass anyone.
- Follow the rules of your mail providers, including their sending limits.
- Don't try to get into mailboxes, accounts or data that aren't yours, overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Read receipts: use tracking only where it's lawful and fair to the people you write to.
KORA (AI features)
KORA's summaries, sorting, meeting details and draft replies can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send anything. KORA never sends mail for you: you do.
Plans and changes
Prices and plan limits are shown in Post before you pay for anything. We may change or stop features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you ahead of time.
Ending
You can stop using Post at any time, remove your mailboxes, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Post is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free, or that every message will be fetched or delivered. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app.
